Road to the National Title (3 Weeks to go)

*Order in each category is based on who has the best chance to get to title game

Open Road (Undefeated)
Florida State Seminoles
Last Game: 59-3 over Syracuse
Key Remaining Games: at Florida, ACC Title Game
The Seminoles continue to show no signs of slowing down and with Florida and then likely Duke in the ACC Title game they should finish the season undefeated and lock in their spot in the National Title Game.

Alabama Crimson Tide
Last Game: 20-7 over Mississippi State
Key Remaining Games: at Auburn, SEC Title Game
Well if they are going to play that bad, at least it was against Mississippi State.  Luckily even next week the Tide have Tennessee Chattanooga before what could be an epic showdown against Auburn in the Iron Bowl.

Baylor Bears
Last Game: 63-34 over Texas Tech
Key Remaining Games: at Oklahoma State, Texas
Each week the Bears keep passing tests.  Can they do it again versus the Okie State Cowboys and Texas to put pressure on Alabama and Florida State?  But the real question be will this gauntlet be too much?

Ohio State Buckeyes
Last Game: 60-35 over Illinois
Key Remaining Games: at Michigan, Big 10 Title Game
From here on out the Buckeyes will likely try to run up the score as much as they can to try and impress voters.  But that didn't help as Baylor has jumped them in the polls and likely the BCS rankings.  But they did benefit by Michigan State winning over Nebraska which should make their game in Big 10 Title game more impressive.

Debris on the Road (One Loss)
Auburn Tigers
Last Game: 43-38 over Georgia
Key Remaining Games: Alabama, SEC Title Game
They needed the play of the year to get the win over Georgia and keep their outside chances of a National Title game going.  But any of the one loss teams can get there its the Tigers who can knock off one of the above teams.  A win over Alabama and either South Carolina or Missouri might give them enough to get to the title game.

Missouri Tigers
Last Game: 48-17 over Kentucky
Key Remaining Games: Mississippi, Texas A&M, SEC Title Game
Bye week for the Tigers who are still hoping for that outside shot at the National Title Game.  Next weeks game against Mississippi should be a true test to see if the Tigers can win in a tough environment.

Oregon Ducks
Last Game:  44-21 over Utah
The Ducks chances of getting to the National Title were thought to be over, but with Stanford's loss, the Ducks are now in first in the Pac 12 North and 5th in the BCS Standings.  A win over Oregon State and either ASU or UCLA in the Pac 12 Title game could still slide in.

Road Closed
Stanford Cardinal
Last Game: 17-20 loss to USC
With their second loss of the season the Cardinal can kiss their National Title hopes away.  It's too bad that they lost that Utah game mainly because that is Utah's only conference win.
